Recently named a 2013 Top Rated Lawyer in Transportation by American Lawyer Media and Martindale-Hubbell™, “Kirk” has represented hundreds of injured railroad workers in cases filed under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA). Kirk has also obtained millions of dollars in recoveries for individuals injured while working in refineries, on drilling rigs, and on construction sites. A decorated veteran, Kirk attended college on the GI Bill at University of Houston and graduated from law school at South Texas College of Law.
